1. In order to use Jodo.biz you will need to register and be over 18 years old.
2. You warrant and undertake that all the information supplied during registration is truthful, complete and correct.
3. You accept and understand that you are solely liable for any use of Jodo.biz undertaken by use of your username and password whatsoever. DO NOT share your username or password with any other person or let any other person use your account. Jodo is not liable for any improper use of your username, password or account.
4. Job advertisers should describe details of the task required to be completed as fully and comprehensively as possible.
5. Job advertisers undertake that, when they post a job advertisement they have sufficient funds to fulfil the contract and will be bound by any terms stated in the job advertisement.
6. Jodo.biz may remove a job advertisement at any time if in its reasonable discretion it is necessary for it to do so.
7. You will not cancel a job advertisement once a user has offered to undertake the task.
8. It is forbidden (and in some cases illegal) to advertise for some services to be provided and no user may user Jodo.biz for any illegal, unlawful or immoral purpose.
9. Any offer that is made on Jodo.biz to complete a job constitutes a legal binding offer to contract the job advertiser and may therefore NOT be retracted.
10. Payment will be made only following completion of the task to the satisfaction of the job advertiser.
