How will I be paid, once I become a Jodo-er?
Once you have completed a job for a job advertiser and you have been paid the amount will be credited to your Jodo account. The balance of this account can be seen when you are logged in by clicking on the 'Your Page' button.
To have this money credited to your PayPal account please click on the 'Withdraw Money' button which can be found on 'Your Page'.
I have not been paid for a completed job?
Jodo encourage you to contact the job setter (most issues can be resolved with a simple email) if this is unsuccessful please contact us using the site support feature in contact us. We will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible.
How do I withdraw the money I have been paid?
You can withdraw your Jodo balance at any time. To do this please log in to your account and click on the 'Your Page' button and select the 'Withdraw Money' button. This transaction will then be approved by a member of our admin team and credited to your PayPal account. You can then if you wish withdraw this from PayPal and credit the funds to your personal current account.
When do I get paid?
Upon successful completion of the job or supply of information it is up to the job setter to accept your application and 'Tie the Knot' at this point you will be paid the advertised fee. This money will be paid into your Jodo account.
I have applied for a job, how do I cancel my application?
You cannot cancel an application, however it may be worth you contacting the job setter in the hope they will not accept your application.
